The large-diameter reinforced 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe adopts a three-layer PE anti-corrosion structure:
First layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um).
Second layer of adhesive (AD) 170~250um.
Three layers of polyethylene (PE) 2.5~3.7mm.
The three materials are integrated and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The pipe diameter ranges from Φ60 to Φ1420, and the wall thickness ranges from 2.5 to 18mm. This is a relatively good anti-corrosion method. It can generally increase the service life of 50 years.
