Horizontal roller tools are required for batches with high standards.
2. Welding: The coiled pipe is grooved according to the actual situation of the company. Most of the welding is submerged arc welding. The current and voltage of the submerged arc welding machine should be adjusted steadily. The welding wire should be selected according to the size of the groove. The flux needs to be dried and screened before use so that a good product can be welded. If the current is unstable, pores are likely to appear inside, and the weld surface is not beautiful like candied haws. If the flux is not dried and screened, the welded steel pipe will have many pores.
3. Roundness: The roundness is controlled at the weld. Due to the heating, the material and strength of the weld will change. If the steel pipe is not bent well at the beginning, it will be unqualified. It will not be finished after the welding is done. The bending of the weld is a very critical part. If you use a press to bend it, the cost will be about 100 yuan more. Therefore, it is very important to find a large press.
