① Modification of epoxy resin. Epoxy resin is a resin with a large number of applications, a wide range, and an important role so far, but the biggest limitation of epoxy resin applied to the inner wall of heavy IPN8710 drinking water pipes is that it has poor weather resistance, easy powdering, high brittleness, easy discoloration, and is not suitable for processing into the inner wall of heavy IPN8710 drinking water pipes resistant to chemical atmosphere.
② Modification of acrylate resin. Acrylic resin is a synthetic resin with high decorative and excellent protective properties. Its main advantages are good outdoor weather resistance, excellent adhesion, good alkali resistance, excellent light and color retention, good UV resistance, moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, mildew resistance, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, bright and full colors, hard and wear-resistant, good water and oil resistance, but there are weaknesses such as poor ammonia resistance and unsatisfactory resistance to oxidizing acids, acetic acid, and ethanol.
③ Modification of chlorinated rubber. Chlorinated rubber refers to a rubber polymer containing a large number of chlorine atoms. Its advantages are flame retardant, self-extinguishing, mildew resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength, construction is not restricted by seasonal and climatic conditions, fast drying speed, and can form a film at low temperature, but there are defects such as thin anti-corrosion pipeline coating, not resistant to high temperature (generally not exceeding 60°C), poor permeability, poor solvent resistance and moisture resistance, and difficulty in making high solids IPN8710 drinking water pipeline inner wall.
④ Modification of other resins. Taking advantage of the advantages of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, we modified various resins such as acrylate resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, etc. to form the inner wall of IPN8710 drinking water pipe, which is unique in the fierce market competition.
